Halle Berry, husband Olivier Martinez get in another LAX scuffle

Halle Berry's husband Olivier Martinez could face battery charge after hitting LAX employee with car seat

Halle Berry's husband Olivier Martinez could be facing battery charges after another kerfuffle at LAX.

The "Dark Tide" costars were reportedly swarmed by paparazzi while leaving the Tom Bradley International Terminal on Sunday afternoon, when the French actor allegedly shoved a contract airport employee with a car seat.

In footage obtained by TMZ, the family is seen walking out of the airport terminal with Berry carrying their 1-year-old son Maceo and Martinez toting a baby's car seat. Berry's 6-year-old daughter, Nahla, is also walking with them. Police appear to be helping with crowd control.

As the shutterbugs snapped pictures of the family, the French actor can be seen motioning with the car seat and a clattering noise is heard. The camera then pans to an airport employee on the floor next to a wheelchair while a photographer shouts, "That's an employee" and, later, "That's assault and battery." The family proceeds out of the terminal, gets into a waiting SUV and leaves. As they're leaving, the employee approaches the SUV, then walks away talking to police.

In another video, the employee is seen positioned behind a corner to take pictures of the family right before he comes into contact with the car seat-wielding Martinez.

LAX police would not confirm that Berry and Martinez were involved in any incident. However, they did say "a celebrity family leaving the Tom Bradley International terminal, required assistance from Los Angeles Airport Police after a crowd of photographers and a contract airport employee came too close to the family to take photos."

"The male celebrity was carrying an empty baby car seat in his arms and reportedly shoved it against the contract airport employee causing him to fall backwards," the statement said.

The employee was treated at the scene and then taken to a local hospital for further care. Airport police took a battery report and "the family continued with their travel plans."

Reps for both actors did not respond to requests for comment.

The Oscar winner and her husband, whom she wed in July 2013, have had previous run-ins at the airport. Notably, the "Extant" star had to hold back Martinez from getting into a physical altercation with paps as they were leaving the airport in April 2013. Martinez and Nahla's dad, Gabriel Aubry, came to blows on Thanksgiving Day 2012 in the driveway of Berry's home.
