Hayden Panettiere introduced daughter Kaya to the world -- and provided a whole lot of information to go along with her.

The “Nashville” star, her fiance Wladimir Klitschko and daughter Kaya Evdokia took over the Jan. 12 cover of People magazine, and the actress opened up about her post-partum life.

“I’m limping around. I’m still trying to figure out what [pregnancy] has done to my body, how it’s changed it. What’s temporary and what’s permanent,” the petite star said of the “surreal experience.”

“I feel like an 80-year-old woman trying to go down the stairs, you know -- please tell me this is temporary! But I know some things will never be the same again,” she quipped.

The actress and her towering boxer beau, who pose for the cover in all-white ensembles, welcomed their first child on Dec. 9. Kaya weighed in at 7 pounds, 14 ounces, and measured 20 inches long.

The 25-year-old said she was “grateful” for her epidural and it sounds like she’s also grateful for Klitschko’s mother, who’s been temping as a nanny and helping manage Kaya’s restless nights and “insatiable appetite.”

“She’s really so sweet,” Panettiere said of her daughter. “I’m sure that’s the way it’s meant to be, because when they are putting you through the wringer you’re like, ‘You are so lucky you’re cute!’”
