Country singer Randy Travis, nabbed on suspicion of misdemeanor DWI and more Tuesday night in North Texas, allegedly had elements of nudity, nicotine and more than one 911 call woven into his evening. Events also included a single-car collision and an alleged threat to shoot and kill his arresting officers, which resulted in Travis being held on a charge of retaliation, a third-degree felony that carries with it up to 10 years behind bars and a $10,000 fine.

Country singer Randy Travis, nabbed on suspicion of misdemeanor DWI and more Tuesday night in North Texas, allegedly had elements of nudity, nicotine and more than one 911 call woven into his evening. Events also included a single-car collision and an alleged threat to shoot and kill his arresting officers, which resulted in Travis being held on a charge of retaliation, a third-degree felony that carries with it up to 10 years behind bars and a $10,000 fine.
