For the uninitiated, Stamos' Elvis- and hair-obsessed rocker Uncle Jesse courted and married Loughlin's character on the show. The couple moved into the home of his single brother-in-law Danny Tanner (
"Jesse and Becky: Have Mercy" ... ? Now that's a never-made spinoff show we would have loved to watch.
After continuing to grow very close on set and after, the actor did say that Loughlin is one of his "dearest friends, and that's good enough. But I really do adore her." Jokingly adding, "she has a great husband and he's got a lot of money so..."
