Jonathan Taylor Thomas will guest star on Tim Allen’s “Last Man Standing.”

Yes, the young heartthrob whose mug was splashed all over Bop and YM covers during his run with Allen on the ‘90s sitcom “Home Improvement” will appear in the series, a spokeswoman for ABC confirmed to the Ministry on Friday.

Thomas will play the manager of a high-end restaurant who becomes entangled with Allen’s Mike Baxter when his daughter Kristin (Amanda Fuller) applies for a job at the restaurant.

There isn’t a specified air date yet, but the episode dubbed “College Girl” is meant to air this season.

Thomas’ appearance makes the second guest spot for a “Home Improvement” alum on the ABC series.

Richard Karn, who played Tim Taylor’s sidekick on the comedy, appeared on “Last Man Standing” earlier this season. He played an architect hired by Baxter to design his Outdoor Man stores.

Karn will appear on another episode titled “The Fight,” which was filmed last week, the spokeswoman said.

Thomas, 31, has kept a relatively low profile in recent years.

“I’ve been going to school and traveling quite a bit, getting to read a lot of books I’ve wanted to for quite some time,” he told EW in 2011. “I think at this point, I’d eventually like to work behind the camera. That’s not to say I would never act again. I’m not quite sure, to be honest. I still have a passion for TV and film.”
