Kardashians meet (and get roasted by) their ‘SNL’ impersonators

Call it the Klash of the Kardashians: Reality-star sisters Kim, Kourtney and Khloe, along with their mother, Kris Jenner, on Tuesday ran into the funny ladies who often impersonate them on”Saturday Night Live.”

During the E! network’s upfront presentations in New York, the “SNL” gals took the stage in character in front of advertisers and others on hand to see the channel’s summer-schedule offerings.

Nasim Pedrad (Kim), Abby Elliot (Khloe) and Vanessa Bayer (Kourtney) introduced themselves in character before noting how pleased they were to be there representing E!, which according to faux Kourtney was watched this year “by more people on closed captioning at the gym than any other.”

The audience ate up their shtick as they cracked jokes on Kim’s defunct marriage to Kris Humphries and Lamar Odom’s trade to the Dallas Mavericks, but it wasn’t long before the actual siblings called the “SNL” girls on their bluff.

“Who are you supposed to be?” Kim asked Pedrad. “Do you really like to make fun of people for a living?”

Elliot, the faux Khloe, had the best response, saying, “Well, it’s not like we can sit around all day and just collect money.”

Kim begged to differ: “Who says you can’t?”

The family just signed a new deal with E! that secures their various franchises, including the flagship show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” for three more years. It reportedly netted them $40 million.
