Kesha is happy, healthy and even pretty on the August 2014 cover of Teen Vogue.

The once wild pop star burnished her image after returning from her two-month stint in rehab and she’s got a new image and new attitude to introduce to fans.

“I get my old school rock n roll vibes on and share how I took control of my life in my Aug @TeenVogue cover!!” the “Tik Tok” singer tweeted Thursday.

“cover girl @TeenVogue!!” she added, posting the teen version of the fashion codex’s front page.

Gone are the blight-filled get-ups and puzzling ensembles — the party anthem-maker dons 1970s rock-inspired looks including pretty blouses, tailored pants and cute coats for the spreads — a huge departure from the wackiness she’s become known for.

“The insanity is not gone forever; it’s still there,” the “Rising Star” judge told the mag of her foregone aesthetic. “I’ve only decided to wipe off all the face paint and try to wear beautiful dresses instead of completely insane things. I want to be more conscious of fashion because it’s an art form.”

The 27-year-old, whose full name is Kesha Rose Sebert, explained that her impoverished upbringing in the South closed her off to high fashion “because it was so far out of my reach.”

Enter the tattered clothes, cantankerous looks and glitter ensembles meant to shock people rather than make a fashion statement.

“I remember thinking, I don’t want to be pretty. Don’t call me pretty. If somebody called me that, it was almost offensive — I would put on more eyeliner or draw things down my face,” she said. “There was a defining moment about six months ago — I think it was a breakup — where I decided that maybe I do want to try to be pretty — I want to just try.”

Also about six months ago, the songstress entered rehab in January, planning a 30-day stay to treat an eating disorder at Timberline Knolls outside Chicago. She extended her stay in February and canceled tour dates in March and April.

“My eating disorder is something I’ve been struggling with for a while,” she told the mag. “People will make up stories, but I went to rehab for an eating disorder — nothing more and nothing less.”

In March, she emerged with a new perspective and revived Twitter handle, changing her self-loathing “@keshasuxx” to the milder “@KeshaRose.”

She added that she wanted to face her problem “head-on” and that her breakdowns and breakthroughs ultimately saved her life.
