Kim Kardashian attacked outside Balmain show at Paris Fashion Week

Kim Kardashian was tackled as she arrived for the Balmain show during Paris Fashion Week on Thursday, with the scary scrum captured on video.

Kardashian and mom Kris Jenner were exiting the passenger side of what appeared to be a limo and entering a crowd full of professional photographers and amateurs with cellphones when, as seen in a TMZ video, someone grabs her legs, shoving her back toward the car and into the arms of a man who appears to be a bodyguard.

Security quickly grabbed the guy, who TMZ said might be Vitalii Sediuk, a serial prankster who showed up at the “Maleficent” premiere this year and accosted Brad Pitt, husband of that movie’s star, Angelina Jolie. Other targets of his include Will Smith, Adele, Bradley Cooper, Leonardo DiCaprio and America Ferrera.

The Ukrainian told the Hollywood Reporter in July that he was done with pranks and intended to leave the United States.

“I would like to say sorry for celebrities that had to deal with my stunts and thank them for being tolerant to me all this time,” Sediuk said at the time.

Kardashian was previously assaulted on a red carpet back in 2012, when a woman flour-bombed her at a fragrance launch. After the woman responsible for the attack was revealed to have strong ties to PETA, sister Khloe Kardashian ended her involvement with that group.

In Paris, Jenner was not hit, and Kanye West was untouched as he exited on the other side of the car. Daughter North West, who was with her parents for the Balenciaga show Wednesday, was not on scene.

And about that Balenciaga show: Kim Kardashian has explained why in heaven she took her 15-month-old to the adult occasion, where the family sat in the front row.

“She started to cry when we were walking out the door, and we couldn’t leave her,” the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star told Yahoo Style. “So, it was a spur-of-the-moment thing.”

North didn’t cry at the show, according to a Los Angeles Times reporter who sat nearby.

“It was an amazing fashion show for her to be at for her first show,” her mom added. “She loves it!”
