Kris Humphries a no-show for Kim Kardashian divorce settlement hearing

Kris Humphries was a no-show at a mandatory divorce settlement hearing Friday, the last stop before trial in his long-playing split from Kim Kardashian.

Kardashian and her lawyers were there, and Humphries’ lawyers were there, according to E! Online, but no estranged husband was to be found.

With her hair in a high ponytail, Kardashian “looked solemn sitting alone in the jury box” before the judge cleared the media from the courtroom and closed the hearing to the public, E! said. Drama, mama!

Sources reported the Brooklyn Nets ballplayer in New York around 1 a.m., looking “extremely upset,” TMZ said. No wonder -- with the first flight out of JFK to LAX Friday morning not touching down until 9:15 a.m. PDT, Humphries would have known by then that he was going to be late to, if not absent from, the 8:30 a.m. hearing.

There was supposedly some sort of cancellation or delay of his flight to L.A., a source told E!.

Kardashian and Humphries have been at odds since she filed for divorce on Halloween 2011 after 72 days of marriage. He reportedly wants an annulment and millions of dollars from her, while she wants a divorce and attorney’s fees from him.

The divorce trial is set to begin May 6.
