Bell, 34, of "Children's Hospital," married the tattoo artist, 36, in a nondenominational ceremony at the Marigny Opera House on Saturday, her rep told People.
At the wedding, the actress wore a custom-made tiered Marchesa gown with a dramatically embellished collar and intricate veil. Her groom wore a dark Marc Jacobs tuxedo with white piping (Campbell is responsible for many of the famed designer's personal tattoos).
The bride and groom met on the set of the HBO comedy "How to Make it in America" in 2011. Campbell, who played himself in the series, proposed to Bell on her birthday in March 2012.
The actress has appeared in "What Happens in Vegas,"
Among the fête's guests were celebrities including Campbell's longtime friend
Cyclist Lance Armstrong was also in town to attend the nuptials, tweeting "Down in New Orleans for my buddy (and incredible artist) Scott Campbell's wedding. Love this town."
Bell's father, Harvey Siegel, escorted her down the aisle and the couple's pets Texas and Margaret served as the "dogs of honor" at the ceremony, as seen in an official photo the newlyweds shared with People.
Congrats to the happy couple!
