Mariah Carey's out yachting with a billionaire -- it has to be love, right?

Mariah Carey and billionaire James Packer are cruising the Mediterranean together with her twins

Mariah Carey has reportedly set sail with a new man: The singer is said to be dating Aussie billionaire James Packer.

The octave-jumping chanteuse has been spending quality time with the former entertainment mogul while cruising the Mediterranean on his yacht, according to several reports.

The two were spotted together Friday in Capri, Italy, and are sailing around the sea for an extended vacation, TMZ said. Their ports of call include Cannes and St. Tropez, the site said.

Carey, 45, has her twins, Moroccan and Monroe, in tow, and the family also spent time jet skiiing and building sand castles on the beach in Sardinia, E! News reported. She posted a snapshot of her 4-year-olds on Sunday to wish ex-husband Nick Cannon a happy Father's Day. The exes called it quits late last year and reportedly reached a split settlement this year.

She and Packer, 47, whom Forbes estimates is worth about $4.6 billion thanks to his gaming empire, met through a mutual friend, director-producer Brett Ratner. E! News said Mimi played hard to get while Packer pursued her for months and gave in only recently.

"They became friends, and it sort of grew from there," an insider told E!."She was hesitant at first because Nick Cannon really broke her heart. She also knows her judgment in men hasn't been so great in the past. But she's got a lot of mutual friends looking out for her on this one, and she's really enjoying his company."

On Monday, photos surfaced of Carey showing ample amounts of cleavage while in Packer's company, and the pair were seen holding hands on their getaway, People said.

The "Infinity" singer has posted a few of her own snapshots from the trip on Instagram, though Packer hasn't been in any of them. She shared one seafaring photo on Monday that she captioned "Arrivederci Italia!"
