All those vow renewals might not have worked out: Nick Cannon has confirmed that he and wife Mariah Carey are living separately; however, his wife’s camp hasn’t directly addressed the split.

Following Thursday reports that the “America’s Got Talent” host, 33, and the Grammy-winning songstress, 44, were splitting up, Cannon confirmed the news, saying their six-year marriage was on the rocks.

“There is trouble in paradise. We have been living in separate houses for a few months,” the writer-producer told “The Insider.”

TMZ reported that the couple had been living apart in New York since May -- other reports said June -- and that divorce plans were a “done deal.” The reports also said the pair was selling off real estate and hammering out a custody arrangement for their 3-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe.

The pop diva’s camp wouldn’t comment on the singer’s alleged marital woes.

“I don’t comment on Mariah’s personal life but Mariah is focusing on her children and her upcoming tour,” her rep told The Times.

That would be the octave-jumping belter’s “Elusive Chanteuse Show” that riffs off her latest album, “Me. I Am Mariah... the Elusive Chanteuse,” which she released in May. The tour kicks off Oct. 4 in Tokyo.

When reached by The Times, Cannon’s manager declined to comment on the reports.

Though neither celebrity said what was behind the rift, reports pointed to Cannon’s numerous projects interfering with his time with their twins and, more specifically, a March radio interview in which he admitted to hooking with five celebrities, including reality star Kim Kardashian West, TMZ said.

Incidentally, the pair has renewed their vows in lavish fashion every year since their April 30, 2008, wedding in the Bahamas -- except for this year. In March, he joked that they would take the annual event to the moon, even though he wasn’t sure how they’d get there.

If they do divorce, it would be the first for the actor and the second for the former “American Idol” judge; Carey was music mogul Tommy Mottola’s wife from 1993 to 1998.
