Hey, it's the Somerhalders! Newlyweds Nikki Reed and Ian Somerhalder made their first post-marital red carpet appearance at the 68th Cannes Film Festival on Wednesday.
The "Twilight" actress, 27, and "The Vampire Diaries" star, 36, traipsed up the glitzy Palais de Cannes steps together for the debut of Paolo Sorrentino's drama, "Youth."
The actress-singer wore a blue back-baring Azzaro Couture gown with a billowing train, which her doting husband adjusted for her in front of photographers. Somerhalder, who reps a fragrance campaign for the Italian fashion house, also donned Azzaro for the formal occasion.
"Such a magical moment to be walking the stairs so many great names in the history of cinema have walked before me…" the actor wrote, sharing a snapshot of himself and Reed on Instagram. "And of course I could only do it wearing @azzaro_official / Thank you @Azzaro_official for making it possible #Azzaro WE THANK YOU!!!!"
On Thursday, he posted a selfie during a seaside photocall for Azzaro Pour Homme that he dubbed his "office right now in Cannes."
At the film festival, they joined numerous celebrities on "Youth's" high-profile red carpet, including the film's stars Rachel Weisz, Michael Caine, Paul Dano and Harvey Keitel, as well as models Kendall Jenner, Karlie Kloss and Chanel Iman, who all made their way through the posh promenade.
