Shia LaBeouf pleads guilty, gets more rehab for ‘Cabaret’ disruption

Shia LaBeouf pleaded guilty Tuesday to disorderly conduct stemming from a June incident on Broadway in which he disrupted a production of “Cabaret” and went through a contentious arrest.

The “Nymphomaniac” actor was sentenced to three more months of alcohol-abuse treatment -- he started outpatient rehab days after his arrest -- and will have the offense and the guilty plea scrubbed from his record if he goes six months without any trouble, the Associated Press reported.

LaBeouf was arrested outside New York City’s Studio 54 after he drunkenly disrupted a June 26 performance of “Cabaret” starring Alan Cumming and Michelle Williams. He stood up in the audience, shouted and reportedly smacked Cumming on the behind.

He reportedly mouthed off to police -- playing the “Do you know who I am?” card and spewing profanity -- and spit at them, forcing the use of a spit mask.

“Our @Cabaret_Musical Stage Manager last night at intermission : This is your places call and Shia Leboeuf has left the building in handcuffs,” Cumming tweeted the next morning.

LaBeouf was originally charged with two counts of trespassing, two counts of disorderly conduct and one count of harassment in the second degree, according to the criminal complaint in the case.

The former “Transformers” actor hopped on a plane to L.A. shortly after getting out of jail in New York and was subsequently photographed out in public holding the “big blue book” of Alcoholics Anonymous.

“Shia LaBeouf has not checked into a rehabilitation facility but he is voluntarily receiving treatment for alcohol addiction,” a rep for the actor said days after the arrest.

LaBeouf’s next film, the World War II drama “Fury,” opens Oct. 17 and stars Brad Pitt.
