Zoe Saldana has no use for men who’ve disrespected her

Zoe Saldana has something bad to say about some of her exes. But not all of those exes. And Zoe Saldana’s exes include, of course, Bradley Cooper.

It’s all mildly infuriating.

While naming no names, the “Guardians of the Galaxy” actress made it clear with Marie Claire that she has no room in her life for certain men who are no longer in her life.

“I have been in relationships where a man has disrespected me, and I don’t need to be friends with that man anymore,” Saldana told the magazine, which features her on its August cover. “I don’t want to be the one going, ‘I’m cool, because I’m friends with all my exes.’”

Yup, that from the same actress who told Allure about a year ago that when it came to dating fellow thespians, she’d “been there, done that, got the T-shirt.” From a woman who is quoted in the August issue of Fashion magazine describing her life after splitting with Cooper as blissful.

“I was finally able to spend time without being in a relationship, and even though it was a short period of time, it was beautiful,” the “Avatar” star told Fashion. “Where I lost that fear of being alone.”

Cooper and Saldana were an on-and-off thing from the end of 2011 to the beginning of 2013, in the wake of her split from MyFDB.com founder Keith Britton. Saldana and her beau of 11 years, who’d finally gotten engaged in June 2010, killed wedding plans when they broke up “amicably” in November 2011.

She quietly married artist Marco Perego — whom she’d reportedly known “for a long time” — in June 2013.

“There’s a reason why you’re called an ex,” Saldana tells Marie Claire, rather un-amicably. “I crossed you off my list. Moving on. You cross a line, you need to know that you’re going to walk this earth knowing that there’s an individual who has no respect for you.”

At least her new husband has a heads-up about what awaits him if he screws up.
