Lady Gaga | Born This Way Ball tour

Singer Lady Gaga suffered from "a labral tear of the right hip" at a concert, an injury that she hid from her staff for more than a month. When the pain left her immobile after a Montreal concert on Feb. 11, the "Just Dance" singer told fans that she would be canceling a few concert dates. After being seen by doctors, she was told she needed hip surgery and "strict down time to recover," which resulted in a cancellation of 21 shows during her two-year world tour.<br>
