When reality-TV star Kourtney Kardashian gave birth to her first child, Mason, the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" cameras were there to document the very zen birthing process. (You remember, she plucked her son from her womb for all to see.) "I don't know," she told Jay Leno on "The Tonight Show" leading up to the birth of her second child, Penelope. "We're going to film it again ourselves, and honestly, my experience last time was so peaceful and calm and everything you don't see in the movies. And I really wanted to share that with people so they knew it doesn't have to be a crazy screaming session."
