If you haven’t already heard MTV’s Punk’d is coming back and possibly better than ever.

Previous  “Punker” Ashton Kutcher will be back, but not as the host but as producer. Instead, the brand new series of hilarious episodes that Kutcher co-created will now be introduced each and every week by a different guest celebrity.

Among the new popular hosts when the show returns will be Bam Margera, Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, Kellan Lutz, and former "Punk'd" cast member Dax Shepard.

With all this said, the first video footage of the revamped prank show’s return has been recently unveiled, and the inaugural victim of this historical punking is reality star Khloe Kardashian.

Khloe’s  so-called “pals” Miley Cyrus and Kelly Osbourne set up one huge burn when they decided to play a small joke on the 27-year-old Kardashian in a brief preview for the upcoming hidden camera show.

In a somewhat There’s Something About Mary incident, an individual believed to be a food delivery guy supposedly had a bit of a zipper accident.

As Khloe, Kelly, and Miley are sitting together to share a meal, the Punk’d actor belts out a loud shriek, screaming that he has caught “himself” in the metal zipper of his work pants and, of course, the imminent emergency 911 call becomes nothing short of awkward…and hilarious.

With Miley and Kelly in shock, Khloe proceeds to call 911 to report what has taken place with the following words: “Sir, he’s caught his b—– in the zipper of his pants.”

Despite the ludicrous situation, Khloe handles the situation like a pro by giving comforting advice to the helpless guy with the hopes that she can help ease the pain.

Watch as Khloe is traumatized by pals Miley Cyrus & Kelly Osbourne, who have her believing a food delivery guy gets stuck in his pants zipper.

“Punk'd" is believed to make it's MTV premiere on March 19, 2012.
