LOS ANGELES (KTLA) -- An arrest warrant has been issued for former television host Gary Collins, who was allegedly involved in a hit-and-run accident in Jackson, Mississippi Tuesday night.
Collins allegedly rear ended another car -- injuring a woman and her child -- then fled the scene.
The woman told police that Collins got out of his car after the accident and was "clearly intoxicated."
She says she told Collins that cops were on their way, and Collins then left quickly.
The former host of the Miss America pageant and "Hour Magazine" has been arrested three times for DUI over the last ten years.
He pleaded no contest to driving a motor home drunk following his arrest Jan. 31, 2009 in Santa Barbara County and was sentenced in March.
He served 120 days of house arrest.
In January 2008, he served four days in a Glendale jail for what was his second DUI conviction at the time.
