LOS ANGELES -- Kate Gosselin may be getting a lot of exposure on television and the supermarket tabloids.
But she won't be exposing her private parts any time soon.
The founder of Playboy shot down the prospect of the mother of 8 appearing in his magazine. Hugh Hefner was recently asked about the possibility to which he said "No! No!" But that wasn't the end of it.
According to "The Frisky" via CNN, the original playboy added insult to injury by suggesting he doesn't even know why she's on "Dancing with the Stars."
He says "I don't think she's a celebrity."
The news comes after an earlier report claiming her ex-husband Jon Gosselin turned down an offer from Playgirl magazine.
Radar Online reported the former TLC star was approached with an offer to pose for a reportedly $20,000.
Kate Gosselin joins the long list of names that have gotten the thumbs down from Hefner.
The rejections have included "The Hills" cast member Audrina Patridge, fellow "Dancing with the Stars" alum Kelly Osbourne and Pop Star Britney Spears during her headline grabbing meltdown.
