Leona Lewis took the crown on Simon Cowell's original "The X Factor." A three-time Grammy nominee, Lewis is the only winner from the series to find massive success in the U.S. Her debut album, 2007's "Spirit," was the first time a British solo artist bowed on the Billboard 200 chart at No. 1, and her single "Bleeding Love" set a radio airplay record. How you know her: Her 2007 single "Bleeding Love" was inescapable on Top 40. The track went No. 1 in more than a dozen countries, including the U.S., and sold more than 9 million copies. It was nominated for record of the year and female pop vocal performance at the 51st Grammy Awards.
