"Work It," latching onto the current "mancession," centers on two friends who masquerade as women -- Spanx, stilettos and all -- to find good-paying jobs. It's a mix of workplace, buddy and family comedy, leaving romance the only TV trope uncovered. (Chances are that'll happen too). The series stars Ben Koldyke ("How I Met Your Mother") and Amaury Nolasco ("Prison Break"), along with Beth Lacke ("Happy Hour"), Rebecca Mader ("Lost") and John Caparulo ("Chelsea Lately"). It comes from Andrew Reich and Ted Cohen ("Friends," "Rules of Engagement").
