Hello Day No. 2 of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival! What? You can’t hear me through your throbbing Day No. 1 hangover headache? No matter. Soldier on, dear festival-goer, and head to one of these off-the-hook events, where an open bar will surely cure what ails you.

Today’s post takes a comprehensive look at Saturday and Sunday’s shenanigans.

SATURDAY

Neon Carnival: Perhaps the best -- and literally the brightest -- of all of Coachella’s annual parties, this late-night bad boy is presented by Nylon, Olay Fresh Effects and Guess. It’s also produced by Bolthouse Productions, nightlife impresario Brent Bolthouse’s event-creation house, so it’s as lush and over-the-top as any A-list Hollywood premiere. As the name suggests, the party, which takes place in a massive airplane hangar, and is filled with neon-lit old-school carnival rides, including a Ferris wheel and bumper cars.

H&M Loves Music: Major Lazer and Jesse Marco are slated to get this late-night dance party rockin’. Expected celebrity guests include Kate Bosworth, Nina Dobrev, Ryan Kwanten and Michael Polish. The party kicks off at adult noon (a.k.a. midnight) and cranks until 4 a.m.

Forever 21, Party in the Sky: This fashionable party is taking a bet on the in-between-party-hours of 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Let’s call it “Happy Hour.” Azealia Banks will perform, along with surprise guest DJs. The actual “party in the sky” is reserved for extra-special VIPs who can drink to the sundown while suspended by a crane in a luxe pod 20-feet above the main party. It’s, perhaps unsurprisingly, being dubbed #Cranechella.

The Old Navy Oasis: A refreshing day party by a sparkling pool (with a come hither look), this shindig lasts from noon to 6 p.m. and features vintage airstream trailers and teepee’s for hanging out, as well as Pink’s hot dogs, a hair-braiding station and more.

Iconoclast Special Official Happy Pool Party: The name may sound like an obscure item on a vegan menu, but this little gem of a party is co-sponsored by MAC Cosmetics, which is offering attendees a chance to get their festival makeup done by makeup artists using looks designed by MAC senior artist, Amber Dreadon (who also works with recent Grammy winner Lorde).

Celebrity guests are scheduled to include Balthazar Getty, Troian Bellisario, Joe Jonas, Vanessa Hudgens and Aaron Paul. (Oh, and Leonardo DiCaprio and Katy Perry dropped by last year, so you never know!)

SATURDAY and SUNDAY:
