'That Darn Cat' | 1965

The purr-formance: A woman (Hayley Mills) has a Siamese named DC (for Darn Cat) that goes on nocturnal walkabouts. One evening, the cat comes home wearing a woman’s watch. Mills calls the FBI, thinking the watch is a clue to a kidnapping and robbery. The cat’s meow: DC -- played by multiple real felines -- has a good rapport with Mills and crack comedic timing during the scenes with Jones and the robbers. Everyone counts on their pets for some laughs, and DC provides them.
