Disney names a new studio head

The Walt Disney Co. tapped Hollywood veteran Alan Horn to take over the reins of the Burbank entertainment giant's struggling movie operations Thursday, after the rocky tenure of ousted chief Rich Ross. Some have even gone so far as to say that Horn, pictured in 2008, will be a game-changer, especially coming in the wake of the high-profile flop of "John Carter."
