Amy Winehouse’s father fakes a heart attack to get his daughter to stop using drugs

Apparently, it worked. The British singer has reportedly been clean since Christmas. Mitch Winehouse said that "he was at his wits end and didn't know what to do." He even hired a doctor to pretend to treat him to make the whole thing seem more realistic. While the ploy worked successfully, it is doubtful that a “Your reckless behavior gave your father a heart attack so stop using drugs” card will ever make the Hallmark brand.
