"Midnight in Paris" is Woody Allen's little movie that could. Though the time-traveling romantic comedy touts some big names -- Owen Wilson, Marion Cotillard, Kathy Bates -- it was still mainly known as an art house film. It grew to be a big success, becoming Allen's highest-grossing film ever, and was nearing $50 million at the box office while still playing well amid the big-budgeted releases of the summer.
