The bigger the star, the schlubbier the clothes

Hollywood is famous for having a very relaxed dress code, but the hierarchy of clothing was on no better display than the stars of "Grown Ups" (from left, <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PECLB003617" title="Adam Sandler" href="/topic/entertainment/adam-sandler-PECLB003617.topic">Adam Sandler</a>, <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PECLB003562" title="Chris Rock" href="/topic/entertainment/chris-rock-PECLB003562.topic">Chris Rock</a>, <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PECLB003637" title="Rob Schneider" href="/topic/entertainment/rob-schneider-PECLB003637.topic">Rob Schneider</a>, <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PECLB002567" title="Kevin James" href="/topic/entertainment/kevin-james-PECLB002567.topic">Kevin James</a> and <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PECLB003745" title="David Spade" href="/topic/entertainment/david-spade-PECLB003745.topic">David Spade</a>) onstage to present the best female performance award. The biggest stars, Sandler and James, looked as though they came straight from the grocery store, while Schneider looked dressed for a job interview. Who knows? Maybe Sandler floated the possibility of some odd jobs past him beforehand.
