Six Geese A-Laying: 'Fly Away Home'

Anna Paquin was riding high from her supporting actress Oscar win in 1994 when she starred in this film inspired by the true story of an inventor who devised a way to teach a brood of orphaned geese how to migrate from their summer home in Canada to North Carolina. Paquin played the inventor's daughter, who becomes imprinted as the birds' mother when their real mother dies. And of course, there's plenty of Canadian geese a-laying.
