Kenneth Turan reviews three DVD biographies: Hank Greenberg, Mel Brooks and Ethel Kennedy. Video by Jason H. Neubert.

Aviva Kempner's two-disc "The Life and Times of Hank Greenberg" tells you everything you need to know about the great Detroit Tigers slugger, baseball's first Jewish superstar.

Equally comprehensive, albeit by nature funnier, is Robert Trachtenberg’s “Mel Brooks: Make a Noise,” in which the comedy mastermind does what he does best: make us laugh.
