Pop-R&B diva Beyonce tops Forbes magazine’s annual list of “The World’s Most Powerful Celebrities,” a ranking in which pop musicians occupy half of the top 10 slots.

The list combines celebs’ earnings with traditional broadcast and print media presence as well as social media interactions and an “impact ranking” that measures the effect each person has in the entertainment world and culture at large.

Beyonce’s earnings were put at $115 million by Forbes, which pales in comparison to the $620 million credited to the No. 3 celeb, rapper-producer-entrepreneur Dr. Dre. But Forbes concluded that Beyonce had broader overall reach in the world than Dre through her recordings, concert tour and high media profile with hubby Jay Z, who ranks No. 6.

Rihanna lands at No. 8 followed by Katy Perry at No. 9 among the top 10, which also includes basketball superstar LeBron James at No. 2, TV show hosts Oprah Winfrey (No. 4) and Ellen DeGeneres (No. 5), boxer Floyd Mayweather (No. 7) and actor Robert Downey Jr. (No. 10).

Delving further into the ranking, pop musicians make up 11 of the top 20 celebrity powerhouses, with Bon Jovi at No. 13, Bruno Mars (14), Miley Cyrus (17), Taylor Swift (18), Lady Gaga (19) and Kanye West (20).
