Kiefer Sutherland pleads no contest in DUI case
The "24" actor could face up to one year in jail.

LOS ANGELES (AP) --
An attorney for Kiefer Sutherland entered a plea of no contest Tuesday on the actor's behalf to a charge of driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit.
Attorney Blair Berk entered the plea on behalf of Sutherland, who was not present. The charge of driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or higher stemmed from a traffic stop in Los Angeles last month.
Sentencing is set for Dec. 21.
Sutherland, star of Fox's "24," could face up to one year in jail.
