What’s it like for a child star navigating the grown-up world of Hollywood? We followed 8-year-old Thomas Robinson during the premiere of “The Switch,” starring Jennifer Aniston, Jason Bateman and, of course, Robinson. At the ArcLight in Hollywood, Thomas -- who was only 6 when the movie was filmed -- was shy on the carpet and chose to skip all interviews, but dutifully posed for photographers. (Jay L.
