He scored over 1000 goals! He was one of the greatest soccer players the world has ever seen! His name is Edison Arantes Do Nascimento, otherwise known as Pelé.
Pelé is known all over the world for one reason: his skills on the soccer field. Haskins' book has lots of interesting facts about his life and career.
