'Apartment 23' (ABC)

"Apartment 23," formerly known as "Don't Trust the Bitch in Apartment 23," shows how fresh-faced heartland girl June (Dreama Walker, "Gossip Girl") gets taken for a ride when she moves to Manhattan. She toughens up with the "help" of her scamming roommate, Chloe (Krysten Ritter), and James Van Der Beek (playing himself, or a snarky version thereof).

The comedy comes from writer/creator Nahnatchka Kahn ("American Dad").
