Jessica Lea Mayfield The young multi-instrumentalist, who has collaborated with the Black Keys and Danger Mouse, lays down a set of her soothing-yet-pensive neo-folk songs for the Southland. Skydreamers It seems appropriate that the scientific triumphs of aviation are so vividly expressed by photography, itself a technology-based medium. The new exhibition, opening Friday at the Autry, traces the history and impact of human flight through photos, artwork and memorabilia. LéaLA Not far from The Times’ own Festival of Books at USC, a new literary tradition will begin with LéaLA.
