Ja Rule faces the music

Ja Rule checked into a New York state prison on Wednesday, for what could be a two-year stay. The rapper is serving time for <a href="http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/gossip/2011/06/ja-rule-prison-ja-rule-goes-to-prison-gun-charge.html"> criminal possession of a weapon</a>, however his troubles don't stop there. The 35-year-old  is also being charged on three counts of failing to file a tax return. Each count carries a maximum sentence of one year in prison and a $100,000 fine. He is scheduled for sentencing on Monday. The singer has already agreed to pay $1.1 million in back taxes.
