Project Runway: As the fashion design competition begins its 10th season, each contestant has brought an outfit that expresses his or personality, then must create — on a very tight deadline — another outfit that complements the first. Heidi Klum returns as host, along with mentor Tim Gunn and judges Nina Garcia and Michael Kors (9 and 10:30 p.m. Lifetime).

Rock Center With Brian Williams: Mitt Romney’s five sons talk about their family and faith in this new episode (10 p.m. NBC).

Great Lake Warriors: This latest dangerous profession series is set on ships that navigate the Great Lakes (10 p.m. History).

Sullivan & Son: Comedian Steve Byrne stars in this new sitcom as a successful corporate attorney whose parents own a popular bar in a working-class Pittsburgh neighborhood. When he learns his Irish American father, Jack (Dan Lauria), and Korean mother, Ok Cha (Jodi Long), plan to sell the bar and retire, he decides to leave New York, move back to the old neighborhood and take the bar over. Christine Ebersole and Vivian Bang also star (10 p.m. TBS). A second new episode follows at 10:30.
