Melanie Griffith is giving rehab yet another shot, this time at Utah's Cirque Lodge.

The 52-year-old-actress has made multiple attempts to clean up her act in the past, including a stint in 2001 for her addiction to Vicodin.

Husband Antonio Banderas celebrated that rehab round by giving her a platinum bracelet with a $40,000 diamond-covered Vicodin charm on it. Who knows what kind of jewelry she'll get this time around.
