The Baron Sisters will be making a special appearance at the Orlando Science Center
on Saturday. The contemporary folk duo, who recently sang at the 2011 Florida Music Festival
, have opened for Alan Jackson
, Sugarland, Jo Dee Messina
and Phil Vassar.
The science center gig is tied to the new exhibit "Guitar: The Instrument That Rocked the World."
Kimberly and Kelsie Baron will meet fans at the exhibit at 11 a.m., followed by two appearances in the Darden Theater at 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m.
The Barons' visit is included in regular science-center admission -- $17 general, $12 ages 3-11. Reserved seating is available for an extra $5.
