We're coming up on another weekend of strong entertainment options at Disney World, SeaWorld Orlando, Universal Orlando and beyond.

+ Saturday and Sunday is the Festival of Chocolate at the Orlando Science Center. There will be chocolate sculptures, hands-on activities for kids, a chocolate museum, eats and educational experiences. For details, go to www.orlando.festivalofchocolate.com and www.osc.org.

+ Fantasy of Flight, an aviation attraction in Polk County, presents forums with WASP (Women Airforce Service Pilots) and Rosie the Riveter types on Friday and Saturday. For details, go to www.fantasyofflight.com.

+ It's the first weekend of this year's Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival. Making appearances Friday, Saturday and Sunday is HGTV's Genevieve Gorder ("Dear Genevieve") at the Festival Center. (Read about Genevieve Gorder's appearance at Disney World here.) The Flower Power concert series begins with Jose Feliciano, who will be in concert three times daily on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. (Flower & Garden details at www.disneyworld.com/flower) And ESPN the Weekend is underway daily through Sunday at Disney's Hollywood Studios. For schedules and celebrity appearances, go to www.espntheweekend.com.

+ Last week, I tried to think of singers with canine names to go with Universal Mardi Gras singer Pitbull -- but my list was sad, reaching only Snoop Dog, (L'il) Bow Wow and Bowser from Sha Na Na, which is a major reach. This week, I tried to come up with band names with 4 Y's and no other vowels to go with Mardi Gras act Lynyrd Skynyrd. Unless "Why Why Why Why" is an up-and-comer, I'm striking out. Anyway, Skynyrd is Saturday's concert at Univeral Studios. Concert time is 8:30 p.m. ... Details at www.universalorlando.com/mardigras.

+ Finally, it's the final weekend of SeaWorld Orlando's Bands, Brew & BBQ fest. In concert at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday will be country singer Josh Turner ("Why Don't We Just Dance?"). Next weekend, SeaWorld shifts into Viva La Musica mode with Chino & Nacho.
