NCIS Guest star Laura San Giacomo returns as Dr. Grace Confalone, who suggests to Gibbs (Mark Harmon) that the death of a Marine sergeant who fell from a building wasn’t accidental. Joe Spano also returns as FBI agent Fornell.  Wilmer Valderrama, Pauley Perrette, Sean Murray and Jennifer Esposito also star. 8 p.m. CBS
