Monday's TV Highlights: 'Kevin Can Wait' on CBS

Kevin Can Wait Ray Romano and Lindsay Broad guest star as a couple whose son (guest star Graydon Peter Yosowitz) becomes friends with Jack (James DiGiacomo). Kevin James, and Erinn Hayes star. 8 p.m. CBS

Supergirl Lynda Carter (“Wonder Woman”) guest stars as the American president who is the target of an attack as emotions run high in National City over the debate on alien versus human rights. Melissa Benoist and Chris Wood also star. 8 p.m. KTLA

Dancing With the Stars The remaining celebrities dance to popular songs from the 1920s to the 1990s in the unscripted series’ Eras Night. 8 p.m. ABC

Gotham Jim (Ben McKenzie) is forced to make some tough decisions when Mad Hatter (Benedict Samuel) decides on his next victims in the new episode, which also sees an evolution in the relationship between Penguin and Nygma (Robin Lord Taylor, Cory Michael Smith). 8 p.m. Fox

Cake Wars Four bakers compete to have their cake at the center of a party celebrating the DreamWorks animated movie “Trolls.” Walt Dohrn and Mike Mitchell, co-directors of the film, serve as special guest judges, joining Waylynn Lucas and Richard Ruskell. 8 p.m. Food

Man With a Plan Matt LeBlanc stars in this new comedy as a contractor whose wife (Liza Snyder) rejoins the work force, making him a “Mr. Mom.” Kevin Nealon also stars. 8:30 p.m. CBS

2 Broke Girls Mercedes Ruehl guest stars as Oleg’s (Jonathan Kite) domineering mother, who visits from the Ukraine and derails Oleg and Sophie’s (Jennifer Coolidge) plans to have Max and Caroline (Kat Dennings, Beth Behrs) be their baby’s godparents. Garrett Morris and Matthew Moy also star. 9 p.m. CBS

Jane the Virgin Rafael and Jane (Justin Baldoni, Gina Rodriguez) find their co-parenting styles tested as they bicker over the best choice of preschool, while Xo (Andrea Navedo) grows more paranoid that Alba (Ivonne Coll) will learn her secret. 9 p.m. KTLA

Lucifer After his favorite action movie hero is murdered, Lucifer (Tom Ellis) enthusiastically dives into the investigation, in which the actor’s longtime rival, Rolf Van Zandt (Mark Dacascos), initially is the prime suspect. Michael Imperioli guest stars. 9 p.m. Fox

Halloween Baking Championship The four remaining bakers are tasked with making a dessert that reflects the colorful artistry and mood of Mexico’s Dia de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, to move on to the next round. Sandra Lee, Carla Hall and Damiano Carrara are the judges; Jeff Dunham and his puppet sidekick, Walter, are the hosts. 9 p.m. Food

The Odd Couple Oscar (Matthew Perry) finds out that Langford’s, his favorite hangout, is struggling to survive, so he asks Felix (Thomas Lennon) to help him save it. Fred Willard guest stars in this new episode. 9:30 p.m. CBS

Scorpion What looked to be a simple, straightforward job at the Los Angeles Natural History Museum turns deadly for Walter (Elyes Gabel) and the rest of Team Scorpion when they run into thieves robbing the rare gem exhibit in order to get the materials they need to enrich a nuclear bomb. Siobhan Fallon Hogan and Gonzalo Menendez guest star. Robert Patrick, Katharine McPhee, Eddie Kaye Thomas and Jadyn Wong also star in this new episode. 10 p.m. CBS

Timeless Lucy, Wyatt and Rufus (Abigail Spencer, Matt Lanter, Malcolm Barrett) land in Nazi Germany in the midst of World War II, where they race to stop Flynn (Goran Visnjic) by pursuing a genius with sinister associations. Sean Maguire and Matt Frewer guest star. 10 p.m. NBC

Conviction As Hayes’ (Hayley Atwell) latest misbehavior grabs headlines, she and the team look into the emotionally charged case of a mother (guest star Teri Polo), who was convicted of killing her autistic child. Sheila McCarthy and Tim Guinee also guest star. 10 p.m. ABC

POV When video game programmer Ryan Green discovers that his son has cancer, he and his wife resolve to share their experience with others in the form Ryan knows best, creating an original new video game called “That Dragon, Cancer.” 10 p.m. KOCE
