Miss: Burn victim/war vet wins 'Dancing With the Stars,' but ratings still decline

The story seems like a Hollywood script -- a disguised disaster. U.S. Army soldier JR Martinez was severely burned driving a Humvee in Iraq. A motivational speaker, the former soldier was invited to be a contestant on "Dancing With the Stars." He and his professional dance partner, Karina Smirnoff, beat a Kardashian (Rob) and a former talk show host (Ricki Lake) to take home the mirrored ball trophy as the show's winning couple. Despite all of that, the show's ratings continue to decline. Whether it's age or the not-so-starry stars, "DWTS" doesn't have the kick that it once did.
