Project Runway: Fashion Startup In this unscripted spinoff series, aspiring fashion and beauty entrepreneurs pitch their new business concepts to a panel of expert investors in this new series. On the panel are Katia Beauchamp, co-founder of the retailer Birchbox; tech marketplace expert Christine Hunsicker; fashion designer Rebecca Minkoff; and business mentor Gary Wassner. Designer Tommy Hilfiger is among the special guests scheduled to appear during the season. 10:32 p.m. Lifetime

The Rocky Horror Picture Show: Let’s Do the Time Warp Again One of screen history’s ultimate cult classics gets a do-over in this new version, which acknowledges the project’s past by including an on-screen audience to react along with at-home viewers. Ryan McCartan and Victoria Justice now play Brad and Janet, who become stranded with mad scientist Frank-N-Furter (Laverne Cox) and company. The original film’s Tim Curry narrates.
