“Biggest Loser” fans: Would you like to submit to workouts so punishing that you throw up on national TV? Do you like the idea of taking your shirt off in front of America? Do you want Bob Harper to threaten to rip off one of your limbs -- and then beat you with it?

Here’s your chance!

The NBC weight-loss show launches its Season 15 auditions this weekend. Auditions will take place Saturday, May 4, in Los Angeles, Chicago, Oklahoma City, Salt Lake City and Charleston, S.C. On May 11, auditions will be held in Atlanta, Boston, Cincinnati, Dallas, Philadelphia and Phoenix.

Casting in Los Angeles takes place 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Citadel Outlets at 100 Citadel Drive. No one will be allowed to line up earlier than 7 a.m.

Producers say they are looking for “charismatic individuals” who want to change their lives while competing for a $250,000 payday. Potential competitors must be at least 80 pounds overweight, at least 18 years old and legal residents of the United States. They should bring a non-returnable photo.

Also helpful to bring to the audition: A willingness to obey Harper and fellow “Biggest Loser” torturers -- er, trainers -- Dolvett Quince and Jillian Michaels.
