The Job: In this new competitive unscripted series, candidates compete for real jobs with major employers (8 p.m. CBS).

Nikita: Michael (Shane West) goes back to his role inside Division, but when he learns that Nikita (Maggie Q) is going to Kosovo on a dangerous secret mission, he joins Alex and Ryan (Lyndsy Fonseca, Noah Bean) in following her there in this new episode (8 p.m. KTLA).

Last Man Standing: Mike (Tim Allen) is thrilled when Mandy (Molly Ephraim) starts dating the school’s star quarterback (Bryce Durfee) in this new episode (8 p.m. ABC).

CSI: NY: With help from his colleagues and D.B. Russell from Las Vegas, Mac (Gary Sinise) tries to outsmart the kidnappers who have taken his girlfriend. Navid Negahban guest stars in this new episode (9 p.m. CBS).

Shakespeare Uncovered: The mini series concludes with two episodes. First David Tennant tackles “Hamlet” then Trevor Nunn revisits “The Tempest” (9 and 10 p.m. KOCE).
