"Let's be careful out there."

That trademark line is one of the touchstones of "Hill Street Blues," the classic 1981-1987 TV drama about the personal and professional challenges facing the police and detectives fighting crime in an urban metropolis. The series, which was created by acclaimed producer Steven Bochco and Michael Kozoll, is considered to be one of the seminal series of the 1980s.
