How I Met Your Mother The comedy wraps up its nine-season run tonight and if all goes well, Barney and Robin (Neil Patrick Harris, Cobie Smulders) will tie the knot, and Ted (Josh Radnor) will meet his children’s mother (Cristin Milioti) and the kids will finally learn how their parents met. Alyson Hannigan and Jason Segel also star in the hourlong finale. 8 p.m. CBS

Dancing With the Stars In this new episode, each couple dances to a song that encompasses an important time in the celebrity’s life. Robin Roberts sits in as a guest judge. 8 p.m. ABC

Friends With Better Lives In this new comedy, old friends (Kevin Connolly, Majandra Delfino, Brooklyn Decker, Rick Donald, James Van Der Beek and Zoe Lister-Jones) reunite 12 years after their single student days. 9 p.m. CBS

The Tomorrow People Stephen (Robbie Amell) has had enough of Jedikiah’s (Mark Pellegrino) lies about his father and makes a decision about his alliances in this new episode. 9 p.m. KTLA

Worst Cooks in America It’s winner take all as the remaining two recruits battle it out in the season finale. 9 p.m. Food
Intelligence Gabriel and Riley (Josh Holloway, Meghan Ory) discover that there are sleeper agents in the U.S. government. Marg Helgenberger, Michael Rady, John Billingsley and P.J. Byrne also star in the season finale, with guest stars Faye Kingslee and Peter Coyote. 10 p.m. CBS
