Major Crimes The division works to stop a serial killer who has been targeting female sex workers in the two-episode season finale. 9 and 10 p.m. TNT

Independent Lens Spike Lee is the executive producer of the new documentary "Evolution of a Criminal," which examines what happens when an ex-convict returns to his Texas hometown after serving time for a bank robbery he committed as a teenager. 10 p.m. KOCE

Friends to Lovers? This new series explores the risk that several sets of close friends take when they declare their love and decide to see whether they can make things work as a couple. 10 p.m. Bravo
